Operational Tips
  • Use cookware 12" or larger on rear burners only to prevent front-rail heat damage.
  • Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans during cleaning; reflected heat can cause damage.
  • Install under a vent hood and use a ¾" flex-hose (or larger) when casters are fitted.
