Built for high-volume, multi-menu kitchens, the Ultimate Range combines Southbend’s heaviest-duty top with dual oven versatility. Sauté, simmer, griddle, roast and bake—all at the same time—on a single 60-inch footprint that never misses a beat.

  • Left-side standard oven (45,000 BTU) with battery spark ignition and 175-550 °F thermostat; includes 1 rack with two positions.
  • Right-side convection oven (32,000 BTU) with battery spark ignition, ½ hp fan motor and 5 rack positions; includes 3 racks.
  • Total of four nickel-plated racks supplied.
  • 22 ½" flue riser with integrated utensil shelf keeps pans warm and worktops clear.
  • 4" stainless front rail with manual shut-off valve for the entire range; factory-installed gas pressure regulator.
