Install under a properly sized, ventilated hood. Gas supply must provide 7" W.C. (Nat) or 11" W.C. (LP).
• Limit cookware larger than 12" in diameter to the rear burners to protect the front rail.
• Never clean the charbroiler by covering the grates with a sheet pan—doing so can cause severe damage.
• Charbroiler units are approved for non-combustible locations only.
