Important Installation & Use Notes
  • Commercial installation under a vented hood is required. Minimum clearance to combustibles: 10" sides & rear (0" to non-combustibles).
  • If installing on flooring other than quarry tile, cement, or natural stone, consult Southbend for approved options.
  • Cookware over 12" diameter should be used on rear burners only to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
