24" Charbroiler
Move from stir-fry to steaks without changing stations. Heavy cast-iron radiants concentrate 64,000 BTU of heat for deep caramelization, while a dedicated flue vents excess heat away from the cook. Removable grates and a front crumb tray simplify clean-up.
High-Capacity Convection Oven
