Cooktop Performance

Every burner delivers an even 27,000 BTU flame and is engineered to stay clog-free for life. The exclusive wavy grate pattern forms a gentle bowl that cradles small saucepots yet allows 14" stock pots to sit flat. Two full-depth drip trays slide out for wipe-and-go cleaning.

24" Charbroiler

Move from stir-fry to steaks without changing stations. Heavy cast-iron radiants concentrate 64,000 BTU of heat for deep caramelization, while a dedicated flue vents excess heat away from the cook. Removable grates and a front crumb tray simplify clean-up.

High-Capacity Convection Oven

A ½-hp fan circulates air inside the fully porcelain-enameled cavity, eliminating hot spots and baking up to five sheet pans at once (three racks included). Thermostatic control from 175 °F – 550 °F, battery-spark ignition, and a spring-assist door make operation smooth and safe.

Pro Tip: To prevent heat damage, keep cookware larger than 12" toward the rear burners and never place a sheet pan over the charbroiler while burners are on.
