Engineered for Continuous Use

A porcelain-enameled, coved-corner oven cavity speeds clean-up and promotes even airflow, while the 1/2 HP blower motor can be switched off to operate the base as a standard oven when convection isn’t required. Oversized 14″ stock pots fit safely on every rear burner, keeping production high and the line moving.
