Built to dominate the rush, the Southbend Ultimate 60" range delivers extreme burner power, high-capacity convection baking and rugged stainless-steel construction in one reliable workstation.

Key Cooking Power

    • 4 × 27,000 BTU lifetime non-clog burners with patented wavy cast-iron grates for maximum pan stability.
    • 4 × 40,000 BTU Pyromax® high-output burners (right side) with built-in drip-ring port protection.
  • Standing pilots for instant lighting plus front-mounted master gas shut-off.
  • 22 ½" flue riser with heavy-duty storage shelf keeps sauté pans and seasonings within arm’s reach.
  • 4" stainless landing rail for plating and garnish work.

Twin Convection Ovens

  • Each oven: 32,000 BTU with battery-spark ignition (no pilot lighting required).
  • Temperature range: 175 °F – 550 °F (79 °C – 288 °C).
  • Porcelain-enameled interior (14" H × 26" W × 24" D) fits full-size sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side.
  • 3 chrome racks per cavity with 5 rack positions for flexible baking loads.
  • ½ HP, 115 V fan motor promotes fast, even heat; on/off switch allows still-oven operation as needed.
