Built for heavy-volume kitchens that demand versatility, speed and consistency, the Southbend Ultimate 60″ Range combines a full-size polished steel griddle, two powerful non-clog burners and twin convection ovens in one stainless-steel workhorse. From breakfast service to steak night, this range keeps every station cooking.

  • (2) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with lifetime cast-iron heads and wavy grates for superior pan stability.
  • 1″ thick, 48″ wide polished steel griddle (right) rated at 80,000 BTU — ideal for high-production searing, sautéing and breakfast items.
  • Independent standing pilots for the open burners; manual griddle controls for instant heat adjustment.
  • (2) 32,000 BTU convection ovens with battery spark ignition, 175 – 550 °F thermostat, five-position rack guides and three chrome racks per cavity.
