Utility & Installation Notes

  • Unit must be installed under a ventilation hood and on commercial-grade flooring.
  • Provide a ¾" gas supply line and 115 V receptacle behind the unit (left or right side depends on griddle location).
  • Minimum clearances: 0" sides & rear to non-combustible surfaces; 10" sides & rear to combustibles.
  • If casters and flex hose are used, a restraining device is required by code.
