Engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series model 460AA packs a powerful 274,000 BTU punch into a rugged 60-inch footprint. Six lifetime-clog-free burners with energy-saving wavy grates, a precision-controlled 24″ griddle, and twin convection ovens give chefs the versatility to sear, sauté, grill, bake and roast with consistent, repeatable results shift after shift.
