Southbend “Ultimate” 60" Gas Restaurant Range

6 Open Burners • 24" Right-Side Griddle • Double Convection Ovens

Built for kitchens that never slow down, the Southbend Ultimate Series packs powerful BTUs, all-day reliability and true menu flexibility into one 60" footprint. From sautéing and stock-pots on the patented non-clog burners, to all-day searing on the ½" steel griddle, to baking in two full-size convection ovens, this range does it all—without giving up a single square inch of cooking performance.

Top-Of-Range Performance

  • (6) 27,000 BTU lifetime non-clog cast-iron burners with wavy bowl grates for maximum pan stability and efficiency.
  • Rear grates accept stock pots up to 14" Ø without blocking adjacent burners.
  • 24" manual griddle (right) with ½" polished steel plate, raised splash sides and 48,000 BTU U-burner.
  • Standing pilots for instant ignition on all open burners.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off simplifies daily open/close procedures.

Double Convection Ovens

  • Each oven: 32,000 BTU with battery-spark ignition—no external power for lighting.
  • Porcelain-enamel interior (14"H × 26"W × 24"D) fits full-size sheet pans both ways.
  • 3 chrome racks per cavity; five rack positions for perfect airflow.
  • 175 °F – 550 °F snap-action thermostat for everything from gentle proofing to high-heat roasting.
  • Spring-assisted, counter-balanced doors for smooth, one-hand operation.
  • 115 V fan motor (5.9 A) keeps heat evenly distributed; on/off rocker lets you operate as a standard oven when desired.

Heavy-Duty Construction

  • Stainless steel front, sides, 4" landing rail and removable shelf on 22-½" flue riser.
  • Two full-width, lift-out drip trays speed up end-of-shift cleaning.
  • 6" adjustable stainless steel legs (optional casters available).
  • Factory-installed pressure regulator and ¾" rear gas connection.
