Engineered for high-volume, all-day performance, the Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range combines legendary durability with unmatched burner power. Eight open burners—including four 40,000 BTU Pyromax power burners—sit above two full-size standard ovens, giving chefs the versatility to sauté, boil, sear, bake and roast from a single 60" platform.

Installation Notice: This appliance is intended for commercial use only. For combustible floors, 6" legs or casters are required and minimum clearances must be observed. Always install under a properly sized, vented hood and connect with a ¾" gas line or larger.

Using cookware larger than 12" in diameter on the front row can trap heat in the front rail and may damage components. For oversized pots, utilize the rear burners whenever possible.
