Engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series 60" range pairs explosive heat with rock-solid construction. A custom burner mix lets you sauté, simmer and power-boil at the same time, while twin ovens keep entrées and sides moving without missing a beat.

Unmatched Cooktop Versatility

  • (3) 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners (front-right) provide instant, even heat for pans.
  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners (rear-right) tackle high-volume stockpots and woks.
  • (4) 33,000 BTU non-clog burners (left) with lifetime clog-free cast iron design.
  • 27"-deep, 60-3/4"-wide cooking surface with heavy-duty, removable cast-iron grates.
  • Full-width drip trays and standing pilots for quick lighting and easy clean-up.
