Installation & Operation Tips

  • Minimum gas inlet pressure: 7" W.C. (Natural) / 11" W.C. (LP).
  • If using a flexible gas hose, I.D. must be ≥ ¾" and a restraining device is required when casters are installed.
  • Mount beneath a properly sized, ventilated commercial hood.
  • Limit oversized (≥ 12") stock pots to the rear burners to avoid overheating the front rail.
