Put a full breakfast line, burger station and two stock-pot burners in the same footprint. The Southbend Ultimate 60" Series delivers unbeatable cook-top flexibility plus twin full-size ovens, all wrapped in a rugged stainless-steel cabinet built for the busiest commercial kitchens.

Cook-Top Versatility

  • 48" wide, 1" thick polished steel griddle (left-side) with raised splash and manual controls—ideal for pancakes, searing proteins or all-day sauté work.
  • Two 33,000 BTU cast-iron non-clog burners on the right keep sauté pans or stock pots ready on demand.
  • Standard cast-iron grates accept cookware up to 14" in diameter.
  • Standing pilots for instant flame and front-mounted master gas shut-off for safety.

Dual Standard Ovens

  • (2) 45,000 BTU ovens with battery-spark ignition—no electrical hook-up needed.
  • Porcelain-enameled cavities (14"H × 26"W × 26.5"D) fit full-size sheet pans both directions.
  • Thermostats adjustable from 175 °F to 550 °F for everything from low-temp baking to high-heat roasting.
  • One nickel-plated rack per oven; two rack positions.
  • Spring-assisted doors allow smooth, one-hand operation.
