Built for kitchens that never sit still, the Southbend Ultimate Series combines heavy-duty construction, industry-leading burner technology and an oversized 48 inch griddle into one rock-solid 60 inch platform. From all-day breakfast service to high-volume sauté and sear work, this range delivers 191,000 BTU of controllable power you can count on shift after shift.

Key Features

  • Two 33,000 BTU non-clog burners with standing pilots and removable cast-iron grates that accept up to a 14" stock pot.
  • Full 48 inch griddle (left) – 1" smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, ideal for burgers, breakfast, flatbreads and more (80,000 BTU manual control).
  • Standard oven (right-hand) rated at 45,000 BTU with battery-spark ignition, 175 – 550 °F thermostat, porcelain-enameled cavity and (1) nickel-plated rack on two positions.
  • Stainless cabinet base (left-hand) gives you dry, ventilated storage; optional doors available at no charge.
  • 22-1/2" flue riser with heavy-duty shelf – perfect for smallwares or plating trays.
  • 4" deep stainless front rail plus front-mounted manual gas shut-off for fast, safe servicing.
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs (casters optional) for easy leveling and cleaning under the unit.
  • Factory-installed pressure regulator and 3/4" female rear gas connection.
  • cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star and NSF certified for nationwide code compliance.
