- 45,000 BTU standard oven with battery-spark ignition; porcelain cavity fits full-size sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side.
- Stainless steel cabinet base (left) keeps cookware and dry goods close at hand while maximizing valuable line space.
- 22-1/2" flue riser with integrated heavy-duty utensil shelf.
- Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory-installed pressure regulator for quick service isolation.
