The 60" Ultimate Range combines six patented non-clog burners, a raised 24" griddle with broiler, and a full-size standard oven—all wrapped in a stainless-steel chassis that stands up to the busiest commercial kitchens.

Top-Line Cooking Performance

  • (6) 33,000 BTU cast-iron non-clog burners with lifetime port protection.
  • Heavy-duty, removable cast-iron grates handle stock pots up to 14" Ø.
  • 24" raised griddle/broiler (manual control) with 1/2" polished steel plate—ideal for breakfast items, smash burgers & more.
  • Integrated under-broiler searing zone for steaks, finish melts, or quick gratins.
  • Standing pilots for open burners; factory regulator and front-located main gas shut-off included.

Oven & Base Configuration

  • 45,000 BTU standard oven (175 °F – 550 °F) with battery spark ignition—no electrical hook-up required.
  • Porcelain-enameled interior, coved corners, and one nickel-plated rack (two position rails) for easy cleaning.
  • Right-side stainless steel cabinet base for sheet pans, smallwares, or mise-en-place storage.
