Power, versatility and legendary Southbend durability—exactly what a busy line needs. This Ultimate 60" range marries three burner technologies on one 27-inch-deep cooking surface, letting you sauté, sear and handle stock-pot volume without swapping equipment or losing valuable line space.

Key Performance Features

  • Split-top burner layout – (3) 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners (front right), (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax™ high-output burners (rear right), and (4) 33,000 BTU non-clog burners (left).
  • Heavy-duty, removable cast-iron grates support up to a 14" stock pot on the rear section.
  • Standing pilots for instant ignition; front-located manual gas shut-off valve controls the entire range.
  • 22-1/2" stainless flue riser with integrated shelf keeps heat off the line while adding convenient plating/storage space.
  • All-stainless exterior—front, sides, rail and shelf—plus 6" adjustable stainless legs for easy cleaning underneath.
  • (2) full-width stainless storage cabinets keep sheet pans, hotel pans or smallwares within arm’s reach (doors available at no charge upon request).

Installation & Use Notes

  • Minimum clearance to combustible construction: 10" sides & rear.
  • Install under a vented hood in accordance with local code.
  • Oversized cookware (12" Ø or larger) should be kept to rear burners to avoid excess heat on the front rail.
  • If flex-hose is used, I.D. must be 3/4" and comply with ANSI Z 21.69; include a restraining device when using casters.
