Installation Notes

  • Ships for Natural Gas; LP conversion kit available separately.
  • Install under a properly sized, code-approved ventilation hood.
  • Rear clearance to non-combustible surfaces (charbroiler): 10".
  • Use a ¾" I.D. ANSI Z21.69-compliant quick-disconnect hose if flexible connection is required.
  • 6" legs standard; optional locking casters make cleaning and relocation easy.
Important: Never place sheet pans over the charbroiler grates while burners are lit; reflected heat can cause irreparable damage and void the warranty.
Oversized Cookware: Pots larger than 12" should be used on rear burners only to prevent heat from damaging the front rail and controls.
