Engineered for high-volume kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Southbend Ultimate Series 60" range combines searing open-top power with bake-shop consistency—all in one rock-solid, stainless-steel platform that fits a single hood slot.

  • (4) 40,000 BTU patented Pyromax burners on the right—perfect for woks, skillets, or anytime you need maximum heat fast.
  • Heavy-duty cast-iron grate tops (rear sections accept up to a 14" stock pot).
  • Standing pilots for instant burner lighting; front-mounted gas shut-off for quick, full-range shutdown.
