Built to thrive on the toughest restaurant lines, the Southbend Ultimate range combines a massive, precision-controlled griddle, two clog-free open burners and a split oven base (standard + convection) in one 60 inch powerhouse. Rugged stainless-steel construction, quick-start battery spark ignition and a front gas shut-off keep your kitchen safe, efficient and easy to clean.
Performance & Design Highlights
- 48" right-side griddle, 1" polished steel plate with thermostatic controls (175 °F–550 °F).
- (2) 33,000 BTU non-clog burners on the left with heavy-duty cast-iron grates and standing pilots.
- Split oven base:
- 45,000 BTU standard oven (porcelain interior, 1 rack, 2 positions).
- 32,000 BTU convection oven (porcelain interior, 3 racks, 5 positions, 115 V blower).
- Battery-spark ignition on both ovens – no external pilot lighting required.
- 22-1/2" flue riser with reinforced stainless shelf keeps plates and pans within reach.
- 4" full-width stainless front rail protects controls and doubles as a landing ledge.
- Factory-installed 3/4" regulator and front-mounted manual gas shut-off.
- All-stainless front, sides, shelf and 6" adjustable legs for quick wipe-downs and lasting durability.
