Built for high-volume kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Southbend Ultimate 60" range combines the searing power of a full-size griddle, the versatility of two open burners, and the productivity of both a standard and convection oven—all in one rock-solid, stainless-steel chassis.

  • Front-mounted manual master gas shut-off plus standing pilots for instant burner lighting.
  • Standard oven (45,000 BTU) + convection oven (32,000 BTU, ½ HP fan) – both with battery spark ignition.
  • Each oven fits full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans; four racks supplied (two per cavity) with multi-position guides.
  • Factory-installed 22-1/2" flue riser with heavy-duty staging shelf.
  • All-stainless front, sides, shelf & 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling and sanitation.
  • Two removable drip trays under the range top speed daily clean-up.
