Key Features- 60-3/4" wide commercial gas range with 37" high cooking surface.
- (2) patented, lifetime non-clog cast-iron burners with removable standard grates (rear grate supports up to a 14" stock pot).
- 48" left-side griddle • 1" polished steel plate • raised 3-sided splash • thermostatic controls 175 °F–550 °F.
- Front-mounted manual master gas shut-off plus standing pilots for instant burner lighting.
- Standard oven (45,000 BTU) + convection oven (32,000 BTU, ½ HP fan) – both with battery spark ignition.
- Each oven fits full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans; four racks supplied (two per cavity) with multi-position guides.
- Factory-installed 22-1/2" flue riser with heavy-duty staging shelf.
- All-stainless front, sides, shelf & 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling and sanitation.
- Two removable drip trays under the range top speed daily clean-up.
