Southbend’s 60-inch Ultimate Series packs the power of six patented non-clog burners, a precision-controlled griddle and both a standard and convection oven into one rugged, stainless-steel workhorse. Built for high-volume kitchens that demand versatility, reliability and easy clean-up.

  • Six 33,000 BTU cast-iron non-clog burners with standing pilots; removable grates accept up to a 14" stock pot.
  • Left-side 24" griddle – 1/2" polished steel plate with thermostatic controls for consistent surface temperatures.
  • Double oven base:
    • Left: 45,000 BTU standard oven, 175-550 °F thermostat.
    • Right: 32,000 BTU convection oven, 175-550 °F thermostat, 1/2 hp fan motor.
  • Battery-spark ignition on both ovens for reliable starts even during power outages.
  • Four chrome-plated racks supplied (two per oven) with multiple position rails.
  • 22-1/2" stainless flue riser with heavy-duty shelf for extra plating or pan storage space.
  • 4" stainless front rail with front-mounted manual gas shut-off; factory-installed regulator.
  • All-stainless front, sides and shelf plus 6" adjustable stainless legs for easy cleaning under the unit.
