Cooktop Performance

Each open top burner supplies a true 33,000 BTU flame pattern that stays steady—even under heavy stock pots— while the heavy-duty cast-iron grates are removable for rapid cleaning. The left-mounted griddle features raised sides that corral grease splatter, and a deep removable trough makes end-of-shift maintenance quick.

For optimal performance, install under a properly sized vent hood and connect to a 7" W.C. natural gas supply (11" W.C. LP). Six-inch legs or casters are required on combustible floors. Consult local codes for additional clearance and ventilation requirements.

Important: Oversized cookware (12" diameter or larger) should be used on the rear burners only to prevent excess heat build-up in the front rail. Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance or cleaning is not covered under warranty. This appliance is intended for commercial use only.
