Eight open burners—including four high-output Pyromax heads—sit above a full-size convection oven, while a stainless cabinet base keeps your most-used gear within arm’s reach.

  • Right-side stainless cabinet base for dry storage (optional doors available at no charge).
  • 22-1/2" flue riser with heavy-duty shelf—ideal for finishing plates or staging smallwares.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off plus factory-installed regulator for fast, safe hookups.
  • All-stainless exterior & 4" front rail; removable cast-iron grates accommodate up to 14" stock pots.

  • 4" stainless front rail lets you slide pans the full width of the range without lifting.
Important: Intended for commercial kitchens under a properly vented hood. For combustible floors, the included 6" legs (or optional casters) must be used. Oversized cookware (12" Ø or larger) should be placed on rear burners to prevent excess heat at the front rail.
