Built for chefs who refuse to compromise, the Southbend Ultimate Series delivers 228,000 BTU of balanced, blazing heat in a single 60-inch footprint. From quick sears on the open top to even baking in the convection oven, this range keeps every ticket moving — breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  • Four (4) lifetime 33,000 BTU non-clog cast-iron burners with standing pilots  – perfect for saucepots up to 14".
  • 36" smooth steel griddle (½" plate) on the right side; raised sides hold in grease and prevent spatter.
  • Left-hand 32,000 BTU convection oven with battery-spark ignition and a 175 – 550 °F thermostat.
  • Includes three chrome racks; five-position side rails let you roast, bake or finish multiple sheet pans at once.
  • Right-hand stainless cabinet base for sheet pans, smallwares or dry storage (doors available at no charge).
  • 22½" flue riser & shelf—a convenient landing area for plates, spices and utensils.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off for the entire range; factory-installed pressure regulator.
  • All-stainless front, sides, rail and shelf plus 6" adjustable legs for easy leve­ling and cleaning underneath.
