Important:
• Charbroiler sections must be installed under a properly vented hood and in non-combustible locations.
• Never place sheet pans over charbroiler grates while burners are on—doing so can cause severe damage and void the warranty.
• Oversized cookware (12″ dia. or larger) should be used on the rear burners only to avoid overheating the front rail.
