Purpose-built for high-volume kitchens that will not compromise on versatility, the Southbend Ultimate Series combines powerful open-top cooking, a space-saving raised griddle/broiler, and a full-size convection oven in one rugged, stainless-steel platform. With 263,500 BTU of total output and Southbend’s legendary non-clog burners, this range keeps every ticket moving.
