Compliance, Care & Warranty

This equipment is intended for commercial use only and must be installed under a properly sized vent hood. Warranty is void if installed on floors other than quarry tile, cement or natural stone without factory approval.

Oversized cookware advisory: Pans larger than 12" should be used on the rear burners only. Allowing cookware to hang over the front rail can cause excessive heat build-up and damage controls—this is not covered under warranty.
