  • Right rear: (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners – patented, high-output design with built-in port-protection drip rings.
  • Left section: (4) 33,000 BTU lifetime Non-Clog burners with removable heads for easy cleaning.
  • Heavy cast-iron grates (rear grate supports up to 14" stock pots).
  • Standing pilots on all open burners for instant ignition.
  • Two removable drip trays keep the work surface clean and safe.
High-Efficiency Dual Convection Ovens
