Installation & Utility Requirements
  • Minimum clearances: 10" sides/rear to combustibles (0" to non-combustibles; charbroiler configurations require 10").
  • Unit must be installed under a vented hood in accordance with local codes.
  • If using a flexible gas hose, I.D. must be ≥ ¾" and include a restraining device.
  • For installations on non-quarry tile floors, contact Southbend for approved leg options.
Important: Oversized cookware (12" Ø+) should be placed on rear burners to avoid damaging front rail components.
