  • Each oven delivers 175 °F – 550 °F with a standing pilot and snap-action thermostat.

Installation & Care Reminders
• If installing on flooring other than quarry tile, cement, or natural stone, consult factory guidelines.
• Utilize rear positions for cookware 12" Ø or larger to avoid excess heat on the front rail.
• Never cover charbroiler grates with a sheet pan while burners are lit—permanent damage can occur and is not covered under warranty.
