Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 48" range pairs eight high-performance open burners with a rugged standard oven and a convenient stainless cabinet base. From rapid sauté service to stock-pot simmering, this two-tier burner layout delivers the flexibility chefs demand while packing a total 309,000 BTU/h of cooking power into a compact 48-inch footprint.

Recommended for installation under a vented hood. Minimum clearance to combustible construction: 10" sides & rear. Use of oversized cookware (≥ 12") should be limited to rear burners to protect the front rail and controls.
