- Unit must be installed under a vented hood and connected to a ¾" gas supply delivering a minimum of 7" W.C. (natural gas) or 11" W.C. (propane).
- Charbroiler sections are approved for non-combustible locations only.
- Limit cookware larger than 12" to the rear burners to prevent overheating of the front rail.
- Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans during cleaning; reflected heat can cause damage not covered by warranty.
