Engineered for the high-pressure pace of modern kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 48" range fuses extreme burner power with the even-bake consistency of a full-size convection oven. Its rugged stainless body, front-mounted gas shut-off, and easy-clean porcelain interior make it the go-to platform for chefs who expect equipment to work as hard as they do.
