The Southbend Ultimate Series is built for kitchens that never slow down. This 48" model packs a powerful, mixed-burner cooktop, a high-efficiency convection oven, and a convenient stainless cabinet base into one rock-solid range – giving you the versatility of multiple pieces of equipment without sacrificing floor space.

  • (2) × 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners – patented, three-piece design delivers rapid, high-intensity heat.
  • (1) × 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burner – port pattern spreads flame evenly for perfect pan coverage.
  • (1) × 33,000 BTU rear non-clog burner – keeps oversized cookware away from the rail.
  • Heavy, removable cast-iron grates form a full 27"-deep cooking surface.
  • Standing pilots on all open burners; front-mounted master gas shut-off for added safety.
Convection Baking & Roasting
  • 32,000 BTU convection oven with battery-spark ignition – no external power needed to light.
  • 175 °F – 550 °F thermostat range, controlled by a precision snap-action thermostat.
  • Porcelain-enameled, coved-corner cavity (14" H × 26" W × 24" D) wipes clean in seconds.
  • ½ hp, 1-speed fan motor (115 V plug) circulates heat for even, consistent results.
  • (3) chrome-plated racks with 5-position side rails included.
