The Southbend Ultimate Series 448AC combines high-output open burners, a precision-controlled griddle and a powerful convection oven with extra dry-storage — all wrapped in heavy-gauge stainless steel that’s built for the rigors of a busy commercial kitchen.

High-Efficiency Convection Oven

  • 32,000 BTU burner with battery-spark ignition — no external electricity for the burner
  • Temperature range 175 – 550 °F; 3 chrome racks on 5 positions handle full-size sheet pans both directions
  • 1/2 HP fan motor (115 V plug-in) delivers consistent bake and roast results
  • Spring-assisted door and porcelain-enamel interior for easy cleaning
