Split-top configuration • 4 open burners • 212,000 BTU totalEngineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series packs high-performance cooking, baking, and storage into a single 48-inch footprint. With rapid-response star burners up front, clog-free stock-pot burners in back, a precision-controlled griddle, and a fast-recovery convection oven, this range does the work of multiple pieces of equipment while saving valuable line space.
