Install under a ventilated hood. Minimum rear & side clearance to non-combustible walls: 0". For combustible walls: 10" rear & sides. Use 6" legs or casters on combustible floors.

Important: Oversized cookware (12" dia.+) should be kept to the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail. Damage from improper installation, utility connection, or use outside commercial settings is not covered under warranty.
