Bring maximum versatility to a single 48-inch footprint. Two high-output star burners sit beside a full 36″ thermostatic griddle, all over a 45 K BTU standard oven and a stainless cabinet base. Built on Southbend’s rugged Ultimate platform, this range is engineered for the daily demands of busy restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
