Give your kitchen the power and flexibility of Southbend’s flagship Ultimate Series. This 48-inch workhorse combines high-output star burners, a full-size griddle, a heavy-duty standard oven, and built-in storage—delivering 175,000 BTU of reliable performance shift after busy shift.

  • 36″ manual, ½″-thick polished steel griddle (right side) with raised perimeter for easy scraping and cleanup.
  • 45,000 BTU standard oven with battery spark ignition—14″H x 26″W x 26.5″D porcelain cavity fits full-size sheet pans either way.
  • 18″ stainless cabinet base (left side) keeps sheet pans, stock pots, or smallwares close at hand; optional doors available at no charge.
  • 22½″ flue riser with heavy-duty shelf—ideal for warming plates or staging sauté pans.
  • 4″ stainless front rail and front-mounted manual shut-off valve for fast line changes.
  • Factory-installed ¾″ regulator and standing pilots on open burners; no electrical hook-up required.
  • Stainless front, sides, low-shelf & 6″ adjustable legs built to survive the toughest commercial environments.
