A high-output charbroiler, two powerful star/​sauté burners, a full-size oven, and a stainless storage cabinet are seamlessly integrated to tackle breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes from one rugged platform.

  • 45,000 BTU standard oven – porcelain-enameled cavity, 175-550 °F thermostat, battery spark ignition (no cord required). Supplied with one rack & two positions.
  • 18" stainless cabinet base – keeps sheet pans, utensils, or dry goods close at hand (doors available at no charge).
  • 22 ½" flue riser & heavy-duty shelf – perfect for resting plates, seasonings, or smallwares above the heat.
  • Full 4" front rail with front-mounted manual gas shut-off for fast, one-handed safety control.
