Built for high-volume, all-day service, Southbend’s Ultimate series delivers rugged durability and industry-leading cooking performance in one space-saving 48" platform. Four 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners, a full-size 24" polished steel griddle, and a powerful, battery-spark oven give chefs the versatility to sear, sauté, grill, bake, and roast without slowing down the line.

  • 4 × 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners – cast-iron, clog-free design spreads flame evenly across cookware.
  • 24" manual griddle (left) – ½" thick, polished steel plate with raised sides for effortless pancakes, burgers, & more.
  • Standard bake/roast oven – 45,000 BTU, 175–550 °F thermostat, porcelain interior, includes one rack with 2 positions.
  • 18" stainless cabinet base on the right keeps sheet pans, smallwares, or seasonings within reach.
  • Standing pilots for open burners; battery spark ignition for the oven—no electrical hook-up needed for range top.

  • Stainless steel front, sides, 4" front rail, and 22 ½" flue riser with heavy-duty storage shelf.
  • Removable cast-iron grates (rear accommodates up to a 14" stock pot).
  • Full-length slide-out drip trays simplify daily cleanup.
