Engineered for the pace of the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 48" range fuses a high-output griddle, precision star burners and a powerful convection oven into one rugged, space-saving workstation. Stainless-steel construction, simple standing pilots and battery-spark ignition make it as reliable as it is versatile.

  • Battery-spark convection oven (175–550 °F) with 3 racks & 5 positions for full-size pans.
