Deliver charcoal-style flavor, convection-quality baking and quick-response open-top heat while saving valuable floor space and utility connections.

All-in-One Power & Versatility

  • Four (4) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/​sauté burners with standing pilots for instant, even heat.
  • 24" charbroiler (right-side) delivers 64,000 BTU of direct, open-flame grilling with removable cast-iron grates.
  • 32,000 BTU convection oven (left base):
    • Temperature range 175 °F – 550 °F
    • Porcelain-enamel cavity 14"H × 26"W × 24"D
    • Three (3) nickel racks with five positions
    • Battery-spark ignition; ½ HP, 1 ph fan motor keeps bakes even
  • 18" stainless cabinet base (right) adds convenient pan, utensil or sheet-tray storage. Optional door available at no extra charge.
  • 27"-deep cooking surface with four easy-lift cast-iron grate sections (rear grate holds up to a 14" stock pot).
