Custom 7-Burner Worktop
  • (3) 33,000 BTU star/​sauté burners – front-right, for even, edge-to-edge heat on delicate pans.
  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners – back-right, patented high-output design for roaring boils & woks.
  • (2) 27,000 BTU lifetime non-clog burners – left side, paired with wavy cast-iron grates for full-surface pan support.
  • Standing pilot ignition keeps every open burner instantly ready.
  • Four removable drip trays speed nightly clean-up.
Space-Saver Double Ovens
  • (2) 45,000 BTU standard ovens, each with battery-spark ignition—no hard-wiring required.
  • 14" H x 19.5" W x 26.5" D porcelain-enamel cavities resist corrosion & wipe clean.
  • Includes (1) nickel-plated rack per oven on 2-position side rails.
