Engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate Series 48" range delivers massive fire-power, menu-flexibility and the legendary durability operators expect from Middleby’s flagship line. A custom 7-burner top, full-width wavy grates and twin space- saver ovens let you sauté, sear, boil and bake simultaneously without giving up precious line space.

Space-Saver ovens

  • 45 K BTU NAT each, 175 °F – 550 °F thermostat range.
  • Fully porcelain-enameled cavities (19.5" W x 26.5" D x 14" H) with coved corners for easy wipe-down.
  • One heavy-duty rack per oven, two rack positions.
