Installation & Operation Notes

  • Minimum gas supply pressure: 7" W.C. Natural, 11" W.C. LP
  • Install under a properly sized vent hood; charbroiler portion requires non-combustible clearance.
  • A ¾" flex-hose complying with ANSI Z21.69 is recommended; add a restraining device if casters are fitted.
  • Limit cookware larger than 12" diameter to the rear burners to avoid excess rail heat.
Cleaning Caution: Do not place sheet pans over charbroiler grates while burners are on. Reflected heat can damage components and void the warranty.
