Installation & Operation Notes
- Minimum gas supply pressure: 7" W.C. Natural, 11" W.C. LP
- Install under a properly sized vent hood; charbroiler portion requires non-combustible clearance.
- A ¾" flex-hose complying with ANSI Z21.69 is recommended; add a restraining device if casters are fitted.
- Limit cookware larger than 12" diameter to the rear burners to avoid excess rail heat.
