Built for kitchens that run full-tilt from prep to close, the Ultimate Series delivers uncompromising fire-power, rock-solid durability and the ergonomic touches chefs demand. This custom 48" model combines high-output Pyromax™ burners, clog-free open tops and a roomy storage cabinet—all wrapped in heavy-gauge stainless steel.

  • Standard oven — 45 K BTU, 175-550 °F thermostat, battery-spark ignition & porcelain interior that fits full-size pans either direction
  • 18" stainless cabinet base (right) keeps sheet pans, lids and smallwares at the ready
  • 22-1/2" flue riser with heavy-duty landing shelf—perfect for plating or mounting a salamander
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator for fast, safe start-up
  • Standing pilots for open tops; two removable drip trays simplify end-of-shift cleanup
  • 6" adjustable stainless legs standard (optional casters available)
